Job Description

Engineering background (experience in running a smaller operation is preferred)

Analytical skills for constant improvements (Used to work with quality improvement analyzing matrices to avoid bad quality to leave factory site)
Understands how to manage both:
Production in general + quality management, waste and flow improvement
Inventory management, incoming inspection & control, cycle count (the person will offcause be educated how this is being done at Nordic)
Logistic, manage and coordinate shipments & documents in cooperation with Shipping team in Denmark (the person will offcause be educated how this is being done at Nordic)
Familiar with LEAN thinking – and able to detect and run Kaizen events
Familiar with ISO9001 quality system or similar program.
English speaking and writing
Strong in Microsoft windows programs, especially Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Power Point
Follow agreed procedures implemented (one or two months of training in Denmark will take place prior to start up in Fujairah)
Weekly reporting by KPI´s to management
Proud of deliver quality and accuracy
